It's been a two year process trying to get this tree removed that hangs over our property, and our backyard has been unusable because of the tree dropping limbs every day. We are very thankful for the upfront communication and professionalism by Richard and his team. We really appreciate the long day you all put in. They made it look easy cutting down a tree between 3 houses and over a fence. They made our yard look better than when they arrived that morning. One of the guys was quick to inform me one of the fence caps was broken when one of the limbs was cut down and shattered. They had a replacement ordered that night. We would highly recommend!
